RETURNING STUDENT APPLICATION STEPS
Returning Student Who Left Prior to Fall 2022 in Good Academic Standing
The following information is intended for undergraduate students who left ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ in good academic standing or on academic probation prior to the Fall 2022 semester and are interested in returning to earn their Bachelor's degree.
If you left prior to Fall 2022 you must reapply for admission to the university via the website for consideration during the application filing period.

- Fall 2025: October 1st, 2024 - May 30th, 2025
When reapplying be sure to indicate on the profile that you are a returning student and enter your ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ ID#. *If you have attended another institution while you were absent from ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥, you will need to submit official transcripts from your previous institution(s) before your admissions application can be processed.
Once submitted, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions will review your application. All official transcripts must be received, before an admission decision will be rendered.
Students who enrolled at another institution during their absence from CSU Bakersfield must submit official transcripts from each institution attended. You are required to be in good academic standing and have an overall transferable GPA of 2.00 or higher. An admission decision will be communicated to you by email. Submission of the application is not a guarantee of readmission.
