CSU Bakersfield is dedicated to training the next generation of leaders who will address the challenges of climate change across a range of industries and applications. As well as being an educational leader, ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ takes great pride in implementing practical steps to advancing sustainability components on the physical campus.
Among its accolades, ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ is rated a STARS Silver institution by the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education. ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ was awarded the distinguished honor of being the second university in the nation to become a Keep America Beautiful Collegiate Affiliate. ÂãÁÄÖ±²¥ is also a partner of the US EPA's Green Power Partnership.
