Enrollment Requirements

The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships (OFA&S) considers undergraduate, 2nd BA/BS, and post-baccalaureate Teacher Credential students to be enrolled full-time if they are registered in at least 12 units per term and working toward their stated degree objective. Graduate and Doctoral students are enrolled full-time if they are registered in at least 6 units (which should typically consist of 500 and 600-level coursework) per term toward their stated degree objective.

Please be aware that to be eligible for most types of financial aid disbursements, students must have at least half-time enrollment by term. Undergraduate, 2nd Bach, or Credential students = 6 units, Masters and Doctorate = 3 units.

Undergraduate, 2nd BA/BS, and post-baccalaureate Teacher Credential student enrollment levels per term:
Full-Time	Three-Quarter Time	Half-Time	Less than Half-Time
